Melitron Appoints New President

Melitron Corporation, a leading contract manufacturer of precision metal enclosures and higher level mechanical and electronic assemblies, announced today that Mike Turner has been promoted to the position of President and CEO. Mike, formerly Melitron’s Vice President and General Manager, replaces Ted Turner who founded the Company and has served as President and CEO since 1995. Ted will assume the position of Chairman and will continue to support Melitron as an executive advisor.

Ted Turner said: “Mike’s appointment recognizes the strong leadership role he has played in the growth and development of the company since joining Melitron in 1996. This promotion represents the successful culmination of the company’s long term succession plan and signifies the high degree of confidence in Mike, shared by both myself and senior management.”
