Machined Components Melitron is capable of producing precision machined components requiring turning, boring, drilling or milling on our automated multi-axis equipment. Materials processed include mild and stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper and plastics.
Sheet Metal Components Melitron provides our clients with precision sheet metal components, consoles and panels that are integrated into their products. Integrated processes include blanking, forming, weldment, hardware insertion, powder coating, plating, screen and pad printing.
Enclosures Aluminum and steel custom enclosure products are developed in co-ordination with our clients and are typically incorporated into an integrated manufacturing solution. Products are generally produced to meet the Type 1, 2 or 12 requirements of the NEMA Standard.
Assemblies Melitron provides its customers with a single source manufacturing solution including mechanical sub-assemblies, final product assembly, packaging and testing services.
